A HOME MADE FOR LIVING TOGETHER
Four decades ago this house was built by a family with a desire to welcome people. Years later that same family opened a backyard restaurant that celebrated their Italian roots, where family and friends would gather on Sundays beneath a pergola draped in guaco to share a homemade pasta meal, stories and laughter. There, a vine brought from Italy grew (and still grows) over time, just as good traditions do.
Today Horizonte Coliving arrives to continue this story. The essence remains: the doors stay open and the house continues to be a place for gatherings. Here you can have your own space and, at the same time, know that simply opening your room door is often enough to find interesting people, unexpected conversations and a lively community.

Why did we choose Santa Tereza?
Santa Tereza is one of Belo Horizonte’s most beloved neighborhoods, famous for its musical heritage as the birthplace of the Clube da Esquina movement, its bohemian atmosphere, and its strong sense of community.
