That's why, on the first floor, we've prepared a dedicated space for your focus: a coworking room with high-speed internet, comfortable chairs, and the tranquility you need to work or study. The stairs in the adjacent hall lead to the living room on the second floor, a simple and welcoming space, ideal for short breaks during your routine.

The backyard is the heart of our community. It's where Quintal do Barista operates, our café open to the public and run by Cris, the best barista in town. Under the cool shade of our guaco pergola, we have a table reserved especially for the residents of the coliving space, the perfect refuge for working outdoors or having a chat. This entire area embraces the history of the house, carefully preserved in our iconic grapevine, a symbol of the essence of the place that once housed the home and restaurant of a family of Italian descent.
The atmosphere also breathes a constantly evolving culture, with murals coloring our entrance hallway (which connects the backyard to the street), always with space for new artists. It is in the backyard that the cultural scene comes alive with lots of music and where residents of the two houses, former residents, friends, and coffee lovers meet. However, balance is fundamental for us: the social area has a completely independent entrance, and the dynamics respect the privacy of the house. You choose when you want to immerse yourself in this effervescence or when you prefer to simply enjoy the tranquility of your private space.

The residents' kitchen is a practical space, designed to make your routine easier. Fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, coffee grinder, and all the basic utensils you need. It offers you the autonomy to prepare your daily meals, always with the possibility of a good conversation with anyone who passes by.
